design approach

Renovations typically begin by interpreting the potential of the existing course through the development of a comprehensive Golf Course Enhancement plan. This plan is then developed, as directed by the Client, into construction documents which are necessary for the proper execution of the improvements. Regular review sessions are conducted often to ensure that the Client's objectives are continuously met and exceeded.

We're acutely aware that Golf Course Development is often driven by minute subtleties. But it's also a business dictated by dollars and cents. When working with The Northeast Golf Company, the economics of course design and construction principles is a responsibility we take as seriously as our commitment to hand-crafted quality. Simply put, on time, within budget and beyond expectation defines our philosophy.
